Wayon Inorganic Terrazzo is a high performance inorganic cladding material developed by Wayon Stone specifically for engineering applications. Centered on a high proportion of natural marble aggregates, it is manufactured with a pure inorganic eco friendly formula and high frequency high pressure forming technology. It combines the natural texture of stone with the stability of inorganic materials, enabling large area seamless installation and customized design. It is the preferred cladding material for interior walls, floors and functional countertops in commercial, public and industrial projects.

Natural marble aggregates account for over 60%. Combined with eco friendly inorganic binders and mineral pigments, it contains no resin, glue or other organic substances, and is formed by high frequency high pressure vibration pressing. With a dense and stable structure, the fully inorganic system meets green building standards. It delivers consistent color in bulk supply, resists fading and yellowing over time, and meets the long term requirements of various projects.

Free of organic components such as resin, the main materials are non combustible and flame resistant, meeting international Class A fire resistance standards. It resists deformation under high temperatures and releases no harmful smoke, ensuring safety and environmental compliance for public project fire inspections. High pressure forming creates a dense, non porous surface that resists staining and simplifies daily cleaning, greatly reducing maintenance costs. The resin free formula offers stable chemical performance, preventing warping from thermal expansion and contraction, making it ideal for large area installations. It also provides excellent slip and wear resistance, withstanding heavy foot traffic, and supports custom textures and colors to meet both large scale procurement and personalized design needs.

It follows a strict standardized production process: starting with inorganic raw materials such as cement, marble, quartz sand and mineral pigments, precisely proportioned and thoroughly mixed; the mixture is poured into molds and formed by high frequency vibration and vacuum pressing; the blocks are sealed and cured, then cut into slabs, trimmed, calibrated and polished; each slab undergoes quality inspection and protection before warehousing. The whole process is controlled to ensure consistent engineering grade quality.

Widely used in commercial projects, public facilities and industrial parks, including office lobbies, retail chains, hotel public areas, municipal halls, hospitals, schools and industrial parks for interior walls, floors and functional countertops. It adapts to complex environments with high foot traffic and strict safety requirements.

Additional notes: Complete test reports, fire safety certifications and full process construction guidance are available to support project acceptance and smooth implementation.
